✅ Step 1. Brand Selection

✅ Step 2. Price Quote & Order Template

Once you select your preferred brands, we’ll send you:

  • A wholesale price list

  • The brand’s MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) or MOA (Minimum Order Amount)

  • A fillable order template


This gives you a clear idea of:

  • How many units you need to order

  • Total estimated cost

  • Lead time or availability

📌 Each brand has its own MOQ and pricing policy, so quotes are customized.


✅ Step 3. Submit Your Order – Easy & Organized

Fill in the order form:

  • Select products and enter desired quantity

  • Check MOA or MOQ compliance

  • Return the completed file to us via email or chat


Our team will double-check the order for accuracy, availability, and compliance with each brand’s policy.

✅ Step 4. Logistics Planning

Once the order is finalized, we calculate:

  • Total CBM (Cubic Meter)

  • Weight

  • Recommended shipping methods (EMS, air freight, ocean freight, DDP service, etc.)


We’ll provide a logistics quote including:

  • Shipping cost

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Port options (e.g., DDP to warehouse, CIF to port)


✅ We also offer consolidation service: If you order multiple brands, we can combine them into one shipment to save cost.

✅ Step 5. First Payment(Deposit)

Once the logistics are planned, we request the initial payment (usually 50%). This payment is used to place the order with the brands.

  • We accept bank transfers or Wise.

  • Invoices include all items, prices, and our full bank info

  • In the case of unavailable items, the amount will be adjusted in the final payment


💬 Please note: Some brands require 100% upfront payment depending on the order size and destination.


✅ Step 6. Order Submission

After receiving the deposit:

  • We place the order directly with the selected brands

  • We track order status and check factory production lead time

  • We handle any issues like discontinued items, packaging changes, or delay notices


During this time, we’ll keep you updated on:

  • Expected release date

  • Product availability confirmation

  • Packing process and export readiness


⏱ Average lead time is 10–15 business days, but may vary by brand and product type.


✅ Step 7. Final Payment & Shipping

Once the order qty is confirmed by the brands :

  • We send you final invoice (remaining 50% + estimated freight cost)

  • You make the final payment

  • We arrange shipping and send tracking/waybill as soon as dispatched


Depending on shipping method, the delivery takes:

  • EMS or Express Air: 5–10 days

  • Air Cargo: 10–14 days

  • Ocean Freight (LCL or FCL): 20–40 days depending on region


🌍 We support exports to over 70 countries, and help with customs processes if needed.


📦 Do You Provide Export Documentation?

Yes! Upon request, we can provide the following documents for customs clearance:

  • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Waybill / Tracking Info
